Bouldering in Sintra

The Sintra mountain range, part of the Sintra-Cacais Natural Park and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a granitic massif that stretches across 10 kilometers, hosting an exuberant forest and more than 1500 boulders to explore. The undeniable scenic value of the forest, the quality of the lines, associated with the variety of shapes, colors and textures that the Sintra’s granite has to offer make this place very special. Whether it’s your first time climbing outdoors or you’re an experienced climber looking to push your grade, these tours are designed to get the most out of a bouldering day and take your climbing to the next level! These half-day sessions (3h/4h) are open to all levels of difficulty and will take you to discover the best boulders of Sintra through the hands of a experienced local guide. We will try out a series of boulders adjusted to your level, analyze your technique and fine-tune all the small details such as proper foot placement, body balance and sequence of a boulder problem.
